+How do the Proengege Google Review Cards work?
Proengage products use Near Field Communication (NFC) technology which makes it very easy to exchange digital content with just a touch between cards and your smart phone. The process for generating Google reviews is as follows:
- Simply ask your customers if they have a Google Account, and to login if they do.
- Present your Google Review card and tap their smart phone against the card
- Your specified Google Busines Profile reviews will automatically load
- Customer can then leave feedback, comments and rate their experience with stars
+Which smart phones support Near-Field Communication (NFC)?
Apple iOS
If you don’t have the option to manually enable the NFC Tag Reader to your iPhone, then either your phone uses automatic Background Tag Reading, or your iPhone is too old to have NFC capabilities. The full list of iPhones that support NFC is as follows:
iPhones with background NFC tag reading enabled:
- iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, and 15 Pro Max
- iPhone 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro, and 14 Pro Max
- iPhone 13, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, and 13 Mini
- iPhone SE (3rd Gen)
- iPhone 12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max, and 12 Mini
- iPhone SE (3rd gen)
- iPhone 11, 11 Pro, and 11 Pro Max
- iPhone SE (2nd gen)
- iPhone XS and XS Max
- iPhone XR
iPhones with manual NFC tag reading capabilities:
- iPhone X
- iPhone 8 and 8 Plus

Android OS
- All smartphones that run on Android OS version 4.0 or higher are NFC-compatible
+Can my card(s) link to more than one URL?
Proengage Google Review Cards only have the option to link to one Google Business Profile. Please buy additional cards if you need to gather reviews across multiple Google Business Profile’s.
NOTE: Proengage are busy developing a subscription package which will allow our Review Cards to links to multiple destination URL’s
+Can I re-programme my review card(s)?
Proengage Google Review Cards are programmed to your Google Business Profile. Once your card is programmed, the destination URL can NOT be changed. Please buy additional cards if you need to gather reviews across multiple Google Business Profile’s.
NOTE: Proengage are busy developing a subscription package which will allow our Review Cards to links to multiple destination URL’s. These can be changed at any time.
+What if my card(s) don’t work?
In the unlikely event that your review card does not work, please follow these steps:
If your card is damaged upon delivery
- Take photographs clearly showing the packaging and the product
- Contact us on 0330 0886 736 and we will advise where to send your photographs
If your card is not damaged upon delivery
- Return your purchase (which must be in original un-used condition) by post
- Our technical team will test and investigate the issue
- We will contact you to advise on our findings and next steps
NOTE: if there is a genuine technical problem, a replacement card will be sent to you free of charge.
+When will I receive my Proengage order?
Google review cards
Once we receive confirmation of your order and payment, we aim to post your Google review card within 2 working days. They are sent using the Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class postal service.
